Refund Policy
We strive to provide a satisfactory experience for our users. In the event that you are dissatisfied with our cab booking or luggage send service, we offer the following refund policy:
- If a booking is canceled within 20 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, a full refund will be provided.
- If a booking is canceled after 20 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, no refund will be provided.
- In the case of a cab booking, if the driver fails to arrive at the designated pickup location within a reasonable time frame, a full refund will be provided.
- In the case of a luggage send service, if the luggage is not delivered to the specified destination within the estimated time frame, a full refund will be provided.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking and may take 7 business days to reflect in your account.
Return Policy
As our service primarily involves transportation, we do not have a traditional return policy. However, in the event of any issues with your luggage during transportation, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.
