Pricing & Payments

All fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable charges. Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, or cash where available. Any additional tolls, parking fees, or state taxes may be charged separately.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations may attract a cancellation fee depending on the time and circumstances of cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy and payment method used.

User Responsibilities

Users are expected to behave respectfully with drivers and comply with all applicable laws. Any misuse of the platform, including providing false information or engaging in unlawful activity, may result in account suspension or termination.

Driver Responsibilities

Drivers are independent service providers responsible for complying with local transport laws, vehicle condition, insurance, and valid licenses. Jatru is not liable for acts or omissions of drivers.

Safety & Liability

While Jatru takes reasonable steps to enhance user safety, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or risk-free services. Jatru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if these Terms & Conditions are violated or if activities are found to be harmful to the platform or its users.
